Woman Marries Herself After Getting Tired Of Waiting For Mr. Right! Nadine Schweigert married herself in a beautiful ceremony attended by 300 guests. The 36-year-old divorced mom of three wore blue satin and clutched a bouquet of white roses as she walked down the aisle before a gathering of 45 friends and family members in Fargo, North Dakota.She vowed to “to enjoy inhabiting my own life and to relish a lifelong love affair with my beautiful self”. After the ring was exchanged with the bride and her inner-groom, guests were encouraged to “blow kisses at the world,” and later, eat cake. "I feel very empowered, very happy, very joyous ... I want to share that with people, and also the people that were in attendance, it's a form of accountability," Nadien Schweigert said. Schweigert said the ceremony was a celebration of how far she'd come since her painful divorce six years ago that led to her two children to decide to live with her ex-husband.

Kim Kardashian was in Lagos on Sunday 17th February 2013 for Darey ‘s “Love Like a Movie” event. The event was spectacular – it definitely upped the standard of events staged in Nigeria in terms of theatrics. The stage, lighting, music and dramatic circus arts took things to the next level. The Nigerian police say the man who died was the leader of a sand dredgers association. The Police have confirmed the death of one person in an explosion that occurred under the Festac link bridge, linking Festac Town to Amuwo Odofin Housing Estate. The Area Commander of Area E Festac Command of the Lagos State Police Command, Dan Okoro, confirmed the death in a telephone conversation with PREMIUM TIMES. Mr. Okoro said the dead was a leader of the sand dredgers under the bridge. Another source confirmed the dead to be the chairman of the association, who operate in the water under the bridge. The police boss also said one person was injured in the blast. Our source said the injured is a policeman whose leg was damaged in the blast. The police bomb squad are already at the scene of the explosion, although it is not clear what the cause of the explosion is, Mr. Okoro explained. Details later
